Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne or farfalle
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen peas
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

How to Make It

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water per package (8-10 min). Add peas last 2 min. Drain, reserve 1/2 cup water.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium. Sauté garlic 1 min, add cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  3. Toss in pasta, peas, and mint, adding reserved water if needed. Serve hot.
