- 8 oz penne or farfalle
- 1 cup fresh or frozen peas
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
How to Make It
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water per package (8-10 min). Add peas last 2 min. Drain, reserve 1/2 cup water.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium. Sauté garlic 1 min, add cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
- Toss in pasta, peas, and mint, adding reserved water if needed. Serve hot.
