- 4 bell peppers (any color), tops off, seeded
- 1 lb ground beef

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
How to Make It
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place peppers in a baking dish.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium. Cook beef 5-6 min until browned. Add garlic, spinach, oregano, salt, and pepper; cook 2-3 min until spinach wilts.
