- Meatballs:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salad:
- 2 cups arugula
- 4 radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt & pepper
How to Make It
- Mix beef, mint, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Form into 12 meatballs.
