Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice & zest of 1 lemon (~3 tbsp juice)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

How to Make It

  1. Mix 2 tbsp olive oil, lemon juice, zest, oregano, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Marinate chicken in half for 10 min.
  2. Toss asparagus with remaining 1 tbsp oil and a pinch of salt.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill chicken 6-8 min per side until 165°F (74°C). Grill asparagus 4-5 min.
  4. Serve hot.
