Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • Optional: green onions

How to Make It

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Cook shrimp 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Remove.
  2. Sauté broccoli 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  3. Return shrimp, stir in honey, sriracha, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook 1 minute.
  4. Serve hot, garnished with green onions if desired.
