Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

How to Make It

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Cook chicken 5-6 minutes until golden. Remove.
  2. Sauté garlic 1 minute, then add cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Stir until thickened.
  3. Add spinach and chicken back, cook 2-3 minutes until spinach wilts.
  4. Serve hot.
