- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Optional: lemon zest
How to Make It
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Cook pork slices 3-4 minutes per side until golden. Remove.
- Sauté peas 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Return pork, add garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook 1-2 minutes.
- Serve hot, with lemon zest if desired.
