- 1 lb chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Juice & zest of 1 lemon (~3 tbsp juice)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
How to Make It
- Mix 2 tbsp olive oil, lemon juice, zest, oregano, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Marinate chicken in half for 10 min.
- Toss asparagus with remaining 1 tbsp oil and a pinch of salt.
- Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill chicken 6-8 min per side until 165°F (74°C). Grill asparagus 4-5 min.
