Ingredients

- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, rinsed & drained
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Juice & zest of 1 lemon (~3 tbsp juice)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Optional: red pepper flakes
How to Make It
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sauté asparagus 4-5 min until tender-crisp.
- Add chickpeas and garlic, cook 2-3 min until heated.
- Stir in lemon juice, zest, salt, and pepper, cook 1 min.
