How to Make It
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Cook chicken 5-6 minutes until golden. Remove.
- Sauté sweet potatoes 8-10 minutes until tender.
- Return chicken, add Cajun seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook 1-2 minutes.
